About Rhema: Seed for the Soul
There is an ever increasing desire in humans to know "everything". We want to figure out how something works and see evidence of a pattern, which we then call truth. However, when something, better yet, someone doesn't fit into our mold of how we "know" things to be we say it can't be so. Physical and natural knowledge that appeals to our senses has crippled us from coming to grasp with the concept that we are not gods. We seem to forget that none of us made ourselves and everything we have has been given to us.
Rhema is an attempt to bring us back to reality with true knowledge that first starts at the Creator. True knowledge that generates a genuine reverence of God because of His sovereignty. This knowledge reminds us that we are but lowly creations made for His glory in need of His redemption. Poem to poem and essay to essay reveal many intimate details that I have found in my short walk with Christ thus far. Spiritual truths are written and explained using the finest metaphors and similes to help you envision the part of the Most High that I am describing. Rhema is just the tip of the iceberg and there is much more to God than my book could cover, but I hope it ignites a stronger passion in you to seek out the One who gave life to us; the One that breathed life into dust.
